Hyperkalemia,
Hyperpigmented,
May have other autoimmune diseases or another reason for adrenal failure,
High ACTH
May have evidence of sellar space-occupying lesion,
May have other pituitary hormone deficiencies or excesses,
ACTH is not elevated

(Both have hyponatremia)
